If you have Focused inbox turned on, you are likely to find Couch to Carbon Zero emails in your 'Other' inbox. If you wish for these emails to arrive in your 'Focused' inbox instead, you can right click on the email and select "Always move to Focused' on Outlook 365 app or, select Move > Always move to Focused inbox on Outlook web.
